A fact about Japanese culture: ITS SPREADING FAST!

Hi everyone, Stevan here!

Most of you may not know about Japanese culture, but know this: it is spreading really fast! But I'm not talking about the behavior of Japanese people or things like that, i'm emphasizing on Japanese animes!
Anime means Japanese animation - which is basically a cartoon made in Japan. However, unlike "the Simpsons" or "Despicable Me", animes are quite... different. There are several differences of animes. Firstly, animes are drawn differently compared to cartoons like "The Simpsons".
Here's to give you some idea:

Now try search "The Simpsons" on Google and spot the difference in the drawing style of animes and other non-Japanese cartoons. However, not all animes are like the picture above, the anime above is just an example of how animes GENERALLY look like.

The anime above is "Idolm@ster" and the drawing style is quite general and "soft". However, animes like "Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack On Titan)" adopts a different style, like this:

OK, back to my point of the fast spreading of Japanese culture. I have a very good evidence to this. Its the fact that many people from all over the world know and love animes. There are many anime festivals throughout the years - the AFA (Anime Festival Asia), check it out: http://www.animefestival.asia/ . In Sydney, there will also be an anime, manga and cosplay festival this Saturday: http://www.smash.org.au/ .

Anime and all things related to anime (Manga and Cosplay) are so vastly known and loved by people around the world, Japan decided to export anime items, DVDs and mangas all around the world. US, Indonesia, Australia, Europe, Britain, and so on. And Japanese-loving-groups started to form. Take the Macquarie University for example; there is an anime club named "AnimeMQ", which can be joined through Facebook.

I'm going to explain more detail about animes and cosplay and also manga at a later date. Until then, here is what i want to share with you:
